This page explains what Aerozz collects when you send a booking request and how we use it.

What we collect

Your full name, phone number, email, trip details (routes, dates, travellers, class, bags), and any Pick & Drop addresses and notes you enter.

To prepare your quote, arrange your flights and Pick & Drop, take payment, and contact you about your booking.

Aerozz staff, and our email and web hosting providers who deliver and store your request.
Square, which processes card payments. We never see or store your card number.
The address search shows suggestions by sending the text you type in the address box to a map search service (Photon, using OpenStreetMap data). Use the manual address option if you prefer not to.
Airlines and other travel suppliers, only as needed to make your booking.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
