Requests and quotes

Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We reply with a quote for your flight fare and any Pick & Drop. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and payment is received.

Pick & Drop

Pick & Drop is a chauffeured SUV limousine that seats up to 4 passengers, up to 6 maximum. Please give accurate addresses and flight details so your driver can find you.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Square through a payment link we send you. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless the quote says otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

Airline fare rules and Pick & Drop terms for changes and cancellations are stated in your quote. To change or cancel, email info@aerozz.com with your reference number.

Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any other documents needed for your trip.
